About the event
“The goal of the Roundtable is to provide factual and unbiased information about the upcoming bond issue,” said Roundtable president Gil Morgan. “We will not be taking a position on the measure, but we hope to provide the background residents need to make an informed decision.”
The Snohomish County measure – known as Proposition 1 --will be on the Nov, 3 general election ballot.
The program for the July 6 meeting will include basic information about the measure, plus a moderated discussion with Regional Fire Authority chief Shaughn Maxwell. That will be followed by small-group discussions and the opportunity to ask questions.
